Upon entering, I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Beatrix and her husband, Werner, who manage the hotel impeccably. My room was spacious and equipped with modern furnishings, although the soundproofing could be improved for those sensitive to noise. The breakfast exceeded my expectations-diverse and well-presented-setting a pleasant tone for the day ahead. the spa and wellness centre provided various amenities, including a sauna and steam room, although the space may feel limited during peak times. Palin Hotel reflects thoughtful service and quality, making it a wise financial choice for those seeking a memorable experience without compromising comfort. It stands out as a place where authenticity and warmth thrive amidst the grandeur of the Alps.
